2023 Winter Info

Sessions:

-Fall-

(September-November)

The Fall Program is a once a week program on Sunday nights designed to help girls gain water polo experience during high school swim season.

-Winter-
(November - February)
The Winter Program is our main school year program (as far as number of practices). The winter program is designed to give our athletes a chance to get in shape and work on their individual skills prior to the Girls High School Season starting. Most practices are on Saturday mornings in addition to a couple of weekday practices as well.  The session includes tryouts for our Junior Olympic Program Teams as well. Competitions include our Snowballs Chance in Hole Tournament as well as possible travel to Canada and Oregon.

-Spring-
(March - May)
This season has Girls High School as the main focal point. We might offer a chance to play in a tournament or two etc but there are not regularly scheduled practices during this time as to not interfere with high school team practices and league games.

-Summer-
(June - August)
The Summer Program will continue individual skills, but focus more on team schemes and tactics.  Practices will be held at Curtis HS and/or Lakes HS after school until school is out and then transition to the mornings once school is no longer in session.  JO Teams will have 3-4 tournaments and the Development Team will have 1-2 tournaments and 2-5 scrimmages.
